Description |

Configuration | |
Source |
In this property, you can use queries or attributes to determine the objects from which the contents of the diagram are generated. Example: Create the Context query and reference individual processes in the Objects attribute. As a result, only content from the referenced processes is evaluated in the dashboard chart. You can configure the specific content to be evaluated in the diagram attribute Value(s), for example. |
Include in list of figures | This property is relevant for print reports with a list of figures. If you enable this property, the diagram is included in the list of figures. |

Select the type of the chart here. See also: Dashboard charts |
Value(s) |
This property allows you to use queries or attributes to determine which content from the data source is evaluated in the diagram. Note: If you add an attribute here, it must be of integer or float type. If you add queries, they must also return an integer or float type as the result, such as the special function counters. |
Display |
Categories can be referenced under this attribute. This can limit the visibility / execution. Most application scenarios require category and access control related visibility. The logic of the evaluation is as follows:
If this logic is not sufficient, a differentiated logic can be configured via the condition components. |
Axis min value |
Here you use queries or attributes to determine the minimum values of the diagram axes. Note: If you add an attribute here, it must be of integer or float type. If you add queries, they must also return an integer or float type as the result, such as the special function counters. |
Axis max value |
Here you can use queries or attributes to determine the maximum values of the diagram axes. Note: If you add an attribute here, it must be of integer or float type. If you add queries, they must also return an integer or float type as the result, such as the special function counters. |
Additional reported attributes | Here you reference attributes that are reported in the detail table of the diagram. |
Display options | |
Legend |
This property is used to display a legend in the chart. |
Show object labels |
This property is used to display the object labels in the chart. The labels are displayed above the respective bars/dots, etc. |
Show object values |
With this property the Y-value is displayed over a bar/point etc. |
Show percentage values |
With this property the percentage value is displayed above a bar/dot etc. |
Show X-Axis label |
This property is used to display the X-axis label. |
Custom X-axis label |
Enter a user-defined X-axis label here. If this text field is left blank, the default name is displayed. |
Show Y-Axis label |
This property is used to display the Y-axis label. |
Custom Y-axis label |
Enter a user-defined Y-axis label here. If this text field is left blank, the default name is displayed. The default names are the comma-separated names of the configured values. |
Orientation |
Select here whether the chart is displayed horizontally or vertically aligned. |
Diagram format |
Here you can create or reference diagram formats using the text box or the buttons to the right of the text box, which you can use to define the colors of the chart. There can be several diagram formats, but the first diagram format that is not deactivated is always used for the display. If no diagram format is created or referenced, a search is made under the Standard Components attribute in the report for a possible diagram format configured there. If no diagram format exists, a default diagram format is used for the chart. |
Chart marker |
Here you can create or reference chart markers using the text box or the buttons to the right of the text box. All non-disabled chart markers configured in this attribute will be displayed in the chart. |
